How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Use the link provided in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel, or contact us directly using the chat in the bottom right or by calling 613-699-5322

What payment methods do you accept ?

We accept credit card, e-transfer or cash.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 4 hours notice for cancellations. Any payment you made will be held as a credit towards your rescheduled visit. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Can I make changes to my appointment after booking?

Yes, you can modify your appointment details through the confirmation email or by contacting us.

Can I come in for a quote first?
